Important Reminder: Nut-Free School Environment

The health and safety of all our children remains our highest priority. We would like to remind all parents and carers that some pupils and adults in our school have severe nut allergies, and even small amounts of nuts, or traces of nuts, can cause a serious allergic reaction.

We kindly ask that no items containing nuts are sent into school at any point, either as part of packed lunches or as snack items. This includes products that contain nuts as ingredients, as well as foods that may contain nut traces.

It is the direct responsibility of all parents to make sure they are not contravening these guidelines and putting other children in potential danger.

Please take a moment to carefully check ingredient labels before packing your child's lunch or snack. Common items such as cereal bars, cakes, biscuits, and spreads can often contain nuts or be produced in environments where nuts are present.

We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all members of our school community. By working together, we can help protect children and adults with allergies and ensure that everyone can enjoy their school day safely.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
