Y1 Get on The Polar Express
We put on our pyjamas, collected our tickets and jumped aboard the Polar Express. In class we ordered the main parts of the story, and looked at rhyming words and wow words to use in our sentences.
We even made a human bar chart (see the home page of our website) to show how we would travel to see Santa.
On the last day of term we listened to the story again and went in search of our very silver bell.
