We are in the process of writing the School Improvement Plan for our school for the next year. We are seeking comments from individuals involved with our school and would be grateful for your perceptions so that we can take them into account when formulating our plans.

We would like all parents to fill in the 'Child's name' field, so that we can work with parents to address any potential concerns. Any data submitted without a pupil name will not be collated in our final review. As in previous years, we will gather all the responses and report back to you.
