You may have seen that there are warnings for adverse weather overnight.

At present we are not planning for any school closure, but this will all depend on what situation we all wake up to tomorrow morning.

Below you can read details of what will happen in terms of school organisation tomorrow.

Decision‑Making Process

• Daily assessment by 7:00 AM by the senior leaders and Site Manager.

Factors considered:

• Road safety around the school

• Condition of footpaths and car parks

• Heating, electricity, and water availability

• Staff travel feasibility

• Final decision by 7:30 AM to allow families and staff time to adjust

Communication Strategies:

• Alert sent to all parents and staff via the School Jotter app system.

• Website homepage banner updated with closure or delayed opening notice.

• Social media update (X/Twitter) for wider visibility.

• Local radio notification if applicable.

We will make it very clear on the school website as to whether school is open or closed in the morning.
