Joseph 2014

On April 1st, 2nd and 3rd the children of Year 5 and Year 6 put on three fantastic performances of "Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat" at school. Organised and produced by Mrs Birch, Mrs Smith and Mrs Gilbert and ably supported by many other staff, the children began practising way back in January. Meeting regularly on Monday and Thursday evenings after school, hundreds of words and many song tunes were learnt by memory until the whole cast were ready to strut their stuff on the stage in the Junior hall. The fantastic scenery was created by our very own resident artist Mr Cope, and he transformed the back drop so that the audience and children alike were transported back to Ancient Egypt.
